Fair Registration Fees

$250 per booth 
Deadline to register or cancel is Tuesday, September 2.

Travel Arrangements

Booth Information & Setup

Two chairs will be provided at each booth. Please Note: Booths at the fair will not have electrical access. There is wireless Internet service you may utilize. Details for connecting to wireless Internet can be found within your welcome packet. Booths will be placed in alphabetical order by employer name. Students and recruiters will receive a guide that includes a directory of all participating law schools.

Booth setup will begin at 2:00 p.m. All booths should be setup and ready by 3:00 p.m. Assistance for drop-off and pick-up is available in the loading zone. See the Law School Fair Google Map for information about the loading zone and parking.

Parking, Loading Zone & Check-In

The Law School Fair will be held in Anheuser-Busch Hall on Snow Way Drive, located just west of Throop Drive. View the Google Map for directions. 

Recruiters can drop off and pick up materials via the circle drive in front of Anheuser-Busch Hall.  Yellow parking permits will be available for pickup in this location, as well. Parking is available in the yellow permit areas in the Millbrook parking garage on Throop Drive.

Check-in will be available after 2:00 p.m. in the lobby of Anheuser-Busch Hall. The lobby is on the 3rd floor of the building. Additional parking permits, booth information, name tags, and additional details will be available at check-in.

Exhibit Shipping

Exhibit materials will be accepted starting Tuesday, September 9. We will not be able to store your materials before this date. Your materials will be at your booth the morning of the law school fair.

Return Shipping Information

We have scheduled FedEx Express and Ground pick-up service. Please package and label your boxes/items for the return shipping with your FedEx account information. Your company is responsible for shipping charges. If you would prefer another shipping vendor, you will need to schedule pick-up. The address for the Career Center is 6475 Forsyth Blvd, Ste 210, St. Louis, MO 63105.

Interviews

Interview rooms are available in the days before and after the law school fair. There is never a charge for use of interview rooms and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Call us for availability at 314-935-9005 or email us at careerlink@wustl.edu.

Marketing & Advertising

The Career Center will promote your school to students the week leading up to the fair through e-mails and fair promotions. Additional advertising can be purchased in Student Life, the student newspaper, by contacting advertising@studlife.com or (314) 935-6713.

Refreshments

Beverages and snacks will be provided at the event. Additional food may be purchased at the Law Cafe
