Booth Information & Setup

  • Two chairs will be provided at each booth.
  • Wireless Internet available. Details for connecting to wireless Internet can be found within your welcome packet.
  • Booths at the career fair will not have electrical access.
  • Booths will be placed in alphabetical order by employer name. Students and employers will receive a guide that includes a directory and locations of all participating employers.
  • Booth setup will begin at 1:30 p.m. All booths should be setup and ready by 3:00 p.m.
  • Assistance for drop-off and pick-up is available in the loading zone. See the Career Fair Google Map for information about the loading zone and parking.

Loading Zone & Parking

The loading zone is located in front of the Athletic Complex (AC). You may drop off items here and we will provide assistance bring your items into the building.

Due to our East Campus Redevelopment, Campus Next, there will not be designated parking for the career fair on the Danforth Campus. We encourage you to take a taxi, Uber, Metrolink, or have a colleague drop you off at the Athletic Complex.

If you do drive to campus:

  1. Drop off any items you don’t want to take on the shuttle at the Fair Loading Zone (See Loading Zone above for details)
  2. Head to the lower Muny Theatre parking lot in Forest Park. We will have shuttles to and from campus.
  3. The route will run between the Muny and Athletic Complex every 20-minutes from 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
  4. Please plan an extra 30-45 minutes to get to career fair.
  5. If you are not familiar with Forest Park, visit forestparkmap.org for directions to the lower Muny lot.

We strongly encourage everyone to ship their booth items in advance. Again, there will be a loading zone in front of the Athletic Complex and guests may take items on the shuttle bus to and from the Muny Theater parking lot.

From the Danforth Campus

  • Take Forsyth Blvd east towards Skinker
  • Cross Skinker into Forest Park (Lagoon Drive)
  • Follow Lagoon Drive as it becomes Grand Drive
  • Turn right onto Cricket Drive
  • Turn left on Pagoda Circle
  • Turn left on Theatre Drive
  • The Lower Muny Lot will be on your right

Heading west on US40/I-64

  • Exit at Hampton Ave
  • Turn right onto Hampton
  • From Hampton, turn east on Wells Drive (Take the first right at the round-about)
  • At the next round about, take the 3 right, McKinley Drive; the Jewel Box will be on your right
  • At the stop sign at Pagoda Circle, turn right.
  • Turn right onto Theatre Drive
  • The Lower Muny Lot will be on your right

Heading east on I-44

  • Exit at Hampton Ave
  • Turn left onto Hampton
  • Take Hampton over US40/-I-64
  • From Hampton, turn east on Wells Drive (Take the first right at the round-about)
  • At the next round about, take the 3 right, McKinley Drive; the Jewel Box will be on your right
  • At the stop sign at Pagoda Circle, turn right.

Heading north on I-55

  • Take I-55 to I-270 west or north.
  • Take I-44 east exit.

  • Take I-70 to I-170 south to Clayton

Exhibit Shipping

Exhibit materials will be accepted starting Monday, September 4. We will not be able to store your materials before this date. Your materials will be at your booth the day of the career fair.

Return Shipping Information
We have scheduled FedEx Express and Ground pick-up service. Please package and label your boxes/items for the return shipping with your FedEx account information. Your company is responsible for shipping charges. If your company does not use FedEx, we will ship using our account and add that charge to your career fair registration fee. This will be most convenient and fastest method for you and your team.


Position Postings

Please provide us with updated job and internship postings. There is never a charge to post. You may post your opportunities in CAREERlink or forward your postings to careerlink@wustl.edu.


Interviews

Interview rooms are available in the days before and after the career fair. There is never a charge for use of interview rooms and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Call us for availability at 314-935-9005.


Marketing & Advertising

The Career Center will promote your organization to students the week leading up to the fair through emails and career fair promotions. Additional advertising can be purchased in Student Life, the student newspaper, by contacting advertising@studlife.com or 314-935-6713.


Dinner & Refreshments

A dinner buffet will be provided at the event. Coffee, soda, and water will be available throughout the day.
