GAC Happy Hour

Immediately following the fair, the Graduate Architecture Council (GAC) will host a happy hour in the Givens stairwell (approximately 7 p.m.) for employers and students. The networking happy hour will allow students to engage employers and alumni in a relaxed setting. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.

Booth Information & Setup

Booths will be placed in alphabetical order by employer name. Students and employers will receive a guide that includes a directory and locations of all participating organizations. Tablecloths will be provided for each booth. Booths will be six feet in length; tables are 6ft x 1.5ft. Due to space limitations, chairs will not be provided at the booth.

Wireless Internet service is available throughout campus. Use “wustl-guest-2.0” and no password is needed. Please Note: Booths at the career fair will not have electrical access.

You are welcome to check in after 2:00 p.m. to set up your booth. Employer check-in is available in the lobby of Steinberg Hall.


Loading Zone & Parking

Recruiters can drop off and pick up materials via the southeast corner of the parking lot between Givens Hall and Kemper Art Museum. Yellow parking permits will be available for pickup in this location, as well. Parking is available in the yellow permit areas between Forsyth Boulevard and Forest Park Parkway.

Check in will be available after 2:00 p.m. in the lobby of Steinberg Hall. Additional parking permits, booth information, name tags, and additional details will be available at check in. View the Google Map for directions and parking.

*For convenience, consider carpooling with your colleagues, taking Uber or a cab as parking on campus can be unpredictable.


Exhibit Shipping

Exhibit materials will be accepted starting TBD. We will not be able to store your materials before this date. Your materials will be at your booth the afternoon of the career fair.

Return Shipping Information
We have scheduled FedEx Express and Ground pick-up service. Please package and label your boxes/items for the return shipping with your FedEx account information. Your company is responsible for shipping charges. If you would prefer another shipping vendor, you will need to schedule pick-up. Interviews

Interview rooms are available in the days before and after the career fair. There is never a charge for use of interview rooms and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Call us for availability at 314-935-9005.


Marketing & Advertising

The Career Center will promote your organization to students the week leading up to the fair through e-mails and career fair promotions. Organizations are encouraged to provide the Career Center with updated postings for the career fair guide.


Dinner & Refreshments

Beverages including water will be available throughout the career fair as well as pre-packaged snack items. **You may want to bring a reusable water bottle to easily bring water back to your booth.
