GAC Happy Hour

Immediately following the fair, the Graduate Architecture Council (GAC) will host a happy hour in the Goldberg Formal Lounge, DUC 278 (approximately 8 p.m.) for employers and students. The networking happy hour will allow students to engage employers and alumni in a relaxed setting. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.

Booth Information & Setup

Booths will be placed in alphabetical order by employer name. Students and employers will receive a guide that includes a directory and locations of all participating organizations. Tablecloths will be provided for each booth. Booths will be six feet in length; tables are 6ft x 1.5ft. Due to space limitations, chairs will not be provided at the booth.

Wireless Internet service is available throughout campus. Use “wustl-guest-2.0” and no password is needed. Please Note: Booths at the career fair will not have electrical access.

You are welcome to check in after 4:00 p.m. to set up your booth. Employer check-in is available in Tisch Commons at the north end of the Danforth University Center.


Loading Zone & Parking

Recruiters park in the Visitor Spots (G1 level) of the Danforth University Center garage. From Forsyth, turn north on Wallace Drive and straight into the underground garage.

Check in will be available after 4:00 p.m. in Tisch Commons. Additional parking permits, booth information, name tags, and additional details will be available at check in. View the Google Map for directions and parking.

*For convenience, consider carpooling with your colleagues, taking Uber or a cab as parking on campus can be unpredictable.


Exhibit Shipping

Exhibit materials will be accepted starting February 19, 2018. We will not be able to store your materials before this date. Your materials will be at your booth the afternoon of the career fair.

Return Shipping Information
We have scheduled FedEx Express and Ground pick-up service. Please package and label your boxes/items for the return shipping with your FedEx account information. Your company is responsible for shipping charges. If your company does not use FedEx, we will ship using our account and add that charge to your career fair registration fee. This will be the most convenient and fastest method for you and your team.


Position Postings

Please provide us with updated job and internship postings. There is never a charge to post. You may post your opportunities in CAREERlink or forward your postings to careerlink@wustl.edu.


Interviews

Interview rooms are available in the days before and after the career fair. There is never a charge for use of interview rooms and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Call us for availability at 314-935-9005.


Marketing & Advertising

The Career Center will promote your organization to students the week leading up to the fair through e-mails and career fair promotions. Organizations are encouraged to provide the Career Center with updated postings for the career fair guide.


Dinner & Refreshments

Beverages including water will be available throughout the career fair as well as pre-packaged snack items. **You may want to bring a reusable water bottle to easily bring water back to your booth.
