CAREERlink for Employers

CAREERlink is the online recruiting system for the Career Center at Washington University in St. Louis and the Weston Career Center at Olin Business School. CAREERlink is part of the NACElink network, powered by Symplicity.

Getting Started

In order to log in, first go to the CAREERlink website for Employers.

Click Register and Post a Local Job to create an account and posting, then click Submit. You will then enter CAREERlink.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration. After you have logged in for the first time, please update your personal and company profile. Only the primary contact for your organization has access to your company profile.

Update Profiles

After you have logged in, select Account on the main navigation bar. Then select the Personal Profile tab and update the necessary information. When you are finished, click Submit.

The process for updating the Employer Profile is similar: select Profile on the main navigation bar (instead of Personal Profile) and enter the information on each tab presented. Click Save Changes on each tab to save your work. Please complete as much information as possible.

On-Campus Interview or Resume Collect Schedule

On your Home page, select On-Campus Interviews and Resume Collects on the main navigation bar. This will take you to the On-Campus Recruiting page.
Click on Request a Schedule. You should see the New Interview Schedule Request form.

Complete the New Interview Schedule Request form. You must complete the Positions Recruited section for all interview and resume collect requests. Click Submit when you are finished. Career Center staff will review your request and respond via system e-mail. All positions must be approved by the Career Center before they are posted.

To review your applications, go to the On-Campus Recruiting page and select the Applicants tab. From the On-Campus Recruiting page you can also review your list of current schedules and edit your Interview or Resume Collect schedule.

Request an Information Session

On your Home page, select Events from the main navigation bar. This will take you to the Career Fair tab on the events page. Click on the Information Sessions tab, and then click Add New. Complete the Information Session Request form. When you are finished, click Submit. Career Center staff will review your request and respond via e-mail. Events must be approved by the Career Center before they are posted.

Job Postings (Non-On Campus Interviews)

On your Home page, select Jobs (Non-OCI) from the main navigation bar. You will see the Post to Washington University in St. Louis tab on the Jobs Postings page.

Click the Add New button. You will see the New Job form. Complete the form, and click Submit. Career Center staff will review your request and respond via system e-mail. Your position must be approved by the Career Center before it is viewable by students. To review the applicants for your job posting, go to the Jobs (Non-OCI) page and select the job title for the position you wish to review.
